It takes a lot of ghouls to run a haunted hay ride. Sign up to help for a night (or all three) and help us stock the Veteran's Pantry.
Ways to Help
Pick Your Post
Rides run 5:00 – 8:00 PM each night. We'll follow up with arrival times for your role.
👻 Costumed Scare Actor
Hide along the 1-mile trail in costume and give riders a fright. Bring your own costume if you have one.
☕ Drinks & Baked Goods
Serve hot apple cider, hot chocolate, and baked goods to riders and collect donations.
🔨 Setup & Teardown
Help get the trail, wagons, and stations ready before the first ride, and pack everything up after the last one.
🎃 Wherever You're Needed
Check-in, parking, food drive collection, and anything else that comes up. Flexible helpers are gold.
